Facial massage is a known practice to improve blood flow and generally improve skin health, as well as being inherently enjoyable. For this purpose, you can if you want buy facial massagers, typically providing either a few rolling spheres, or.. a roller with raised and lowered bits that massage the face as you roll the massager about your face.
Funnily enough, that's also what mowers have. So we are just looking a little now at the formation of the surface of the mower combs, seeing how best to maximise this massage feature.
